Titanium anode grounding electrodes

Anode grounding electrodes provide cathodic corrosion protection for gas and oil trunk pipelines, above-ground and buried tanks for petroleum products, gas and water, buried cables, pile structures, wells, casing strings, power-line working earths and other metalwork in contact with soil and water.

Where they make most sense
Compared with competing grades, titanium anodes with a manganese dioxide coating are most cost-effective in deep-well installations and for protecting poorly insulated pipelines, where high currents are needed to hold the potential at the cathodic station. This is especially so in aggressive soils and at great depths - 200 m and more.

What the assembly price includes
The price is the sum of the electrodes in the electrical circuit and covers cable and wiring products, components, the assembly work, packaging and delivery free to the consignee's warehouse.
Standard configuration
- Anodes (АЗТ, АЗТУ) in the agreed size and quantity, per the customer's specification and the site's cathodic-protection design.
- ВПП 1×2,5 connecting cable for the electrodes and ВПП 1×6 trunk cable; lengths per the specification.
- A perforated plastic vent tube matching the length of the submerged section.
- A plastic installation rope matching the length of the submerged section.
- A compact contactor.
Prices may be adjusted by the manufacturer if the cost of process components rises substantially, and are also adjusted to the prevailing market.
